Gratitude to everyone who voted for me ~ here are the results for the May 2023 Local Council Election:
ORIGINAL CAMPAIGN TEXT:
I am delighted to be standing for election as an INDEPENDENT candidate as Local Councillor for the Bakewell Ward of the Derbyshire Dales District Council on Thursday 4 May 2023.
You’ll find me on the ballot paper as Rachel Elnaugh-Love.
I have lived in Bakewell since 2006 and my 5 sons were all educated locally ~ at S. Anselm’s, Bakewell Methodist Junior and Lady Manners.
I am one of only 2 candidates standing for election who actually lives within the Bakewell Ward!
I am an award winning businesswoman, probably most famous for my role as a ‘Dragon’ in the first two series of BBCTV’s Dragons’ Den. However that was nearly 20 years ago; these days I am a professional speaker, author and mentor assisting others on their business journey.
My journey into the depths of human potential has taken me across the world to work with indigenous shamans. I am professionally trained in Trauma Healing and Feng Shui (the principles of energy flow through time & space). You can read my full Biography here.
In recent years I have become increasingly concerned with Government over-reach in violation of our Common Law and Human Rights. It is clear to me that our Government (and indeed all the main political parties) are heavily influenced by global unelected bodies such as the World Health Organisation and World Economic Forum and are acting in the interests of Big Corporate agendas rather than on behalf of the People.
The video below explains more eloquently than I can why I believe it is important for as many of us to speak out about the WEF globalist agenda, which is now being pushed through at local level. The lady speaking is Sandi Adams, who has been investigating this globalist agenda for the past 15 years. She went along to Glastonbury Town Council to share her wisdom. It’s well worth a listen ~ so you are aware of what is coming:
I am happy to speak with you and the best way to meet me is at Bakewell ‘Stand in the Park’ in Bath Gardens ~ I am usually there every Sunday morning between 10am and 11:30am.
